We are currently searching for a Dynatrace Engineer:

Responsibilities

• Configuration & Setup: Configure synthetic monitors log ingestion rules dashboards alerts and reports within the Dynatrace platform.
• Application Onboarding: Actively support application onboarding into the Dynatrace ecosystem. Assist with testing and migration activities for new monitored assets.
• Operational Support: Assist senior engineers with monitoring automation and provide continuous operational support for the monitoring infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Troubleshoot basic to intermediate monitoring issues ensure agents are reporting correctly and maintain up-to-date documentation of the observability landscape.

Requirements

• Experience: 24 years of experience in Dynatrace APM Monitoring DevOps or IT Operations roles.
• Core Dynatrace Skills: Solid foundational knowledge and hands-on experience with Synthetic Monitoring and Log Analytics within Dynatrace.
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with modern cloud environments and Kubernetes.
• Scripting: Basic to intermediate knowledge of scripting (e.g. Python Bash) to assist with automation tasks.
• Team Player: Strong willingness to learn document processes and support broader engineering teams.

Desired

• Dynatrace Associate Certification.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
