We are currently searching for a Dynatrace Senior Engineer:

Responsibilities

• Advanced Implementation: Lead the implementation and optimization of Dynatrace monitoring log analytics automation and integration solutions.
• Core Monitoring: Implement and refine Synthetic Monitoring dynamic dashboards intelligent alerting and automated reporting.
• Log Management & Pipelines: Drive log migration initiatives build robust ingestion pipelines and lead query conversion activities to centralize observability data.
• Automation Engineering: Develop and deploy automation for onboarding processes monitoring tasks and day-to-day operational workflows.
• Enterprise Integrations: Lead integrations with ITSM tools (specifically ServiceNow) and drive SLO/SLA monitoring and broader reliability initiatives.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Actively investigate and resolve complex performance bottlenecks monitoring blind spots and ingestion issues.

Requirements

• Experience: 46 years of proven experience in Dynatrace Observability SRE or DevOps roles.
• Dynatrace Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with Synthetic Monitoring.
• Data & Analytics (Crucial): Deep expertise working with Grail (Dynatraces data lakehouse) and writing complex queries using DQL (Dynatrace Query Language).
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Solid experience working with modern Cloud platforms and containerized environments (Kubernetes).
• Automation & Scripting: High proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash) to drive monitoring automation and migrations.
• Problem Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a focus on root-cause analysis in distributed systems.
