Project Managament & NPI Manager

• Lead and manage new product introduction (NPI) projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
• Report on project status and outcomes to senior management.

Lead NPI programs and Project Managers across manufacturing sites.Drive customer launches, planning, and project execution.

A successful Project Management & NPI Manager should have:

• A degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing projects within the cable / harnesses industry.
• Strong knowledge of new product introduction processes and methodologies.
• Ability to manage budgets and project timelines effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of quality and safety standards in manufacturing.
• Problem-solving skills to address project challenges and risks.
• Competitive salary ranging from $150.000 to $180.000 MXN per year.
