Join us at Bosch Mobility Aftermarket and help us shape the future of mobility! *Job Description* Role encompasses full responsibility for the Go-to-Market strategy for the Mexican Independent Aftermarket, driving continued growth and profitability of the existing and new Mobility Aftermarket portfolios. Leads a team of product marketing professionals and works cross-functionally with Regional Business Units, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, Business Development, Legal and Finance & Controlling, with a clear focus on achieving market share wins. Role has full responsibility of promotional planning, communication and pricing, in close alignment with the global and North American divisional strategy. *Qualifications* *Commercial area bachelor's degree* *3 to 7 years' experience in trade marketing & team management* *English proficiency* *Sales, Marketing and Business Development : * Responsible for marketing, sales, customer service and business development to promote and support the organization's products. Works to improve an organization's market position and achieve financial growth. *Sales, Marketing and Business Development Generalist / Multidiscipline* Designs, develops and implements marketing programs and / or pricing strategies to support the organization's products, services or market sector | Designs, develops and implements sales programs to meet the organization's business objectives | Plans, directs and coordinates the efforts of marketing and sales toward the accomplishment of objectives *Customer Client Management and Sales* • Primarily involved in direct contact with customers / clients to acquire new business or develop existing business or accounts • Participates in sales presentations, developing bids, and responding to proposals • At senior levels, likely to set / negotiate product / service terms or contracts • A significant portion of compensation is likely to be based on sales results *Trade Marketing Strategy* Can work independently, solve problems intuitively and find new solutions. The associate can coach and instruct others to arrive at a specific solution. The depth of his / her knowledge enables him / her to solve complex and new tasks. *Data Analysys & Reporting* Possesses a lot of experience in applying his knowledge.
