Position: Project Manager – E-Commerce

Location: Parque Toreo, CDMX

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager leading E‑Commerce projects under the Waterfall methodology.

• Knowledge and proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira.

• Experience in implementing or migrating E‑Commerce platforms (Magento/Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, VTEX, Shopify Plus).

• Knowledge of complex system integrations: ERP (SAP, Oracle), WMS, payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal), logistics.

• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Frontend/Backend, UX/UI, Digital Marketing, Operations/Logistics).

• Experience in risk control, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

• Advanced English (C1/C2), essential for communication and reporting with international executives.

• Highly structured, meticulous profile with strong long‑term planning skills.

Key Responsabilities:

• Define the project scope from the outset, designing the complete plan before development begins.

• Create and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), dividing the project into sequential phases: Requirements → Design → Development → Testing/QA → Launch.

• Administer schedules using Gantt Charts, ensuring dependencies and delivery timelines are met.

• Lead implementation or migration projects for E‑Commerce platforms.

• Coordinate the integration of the online store with ERP systems, inventory, payment gateways, and logistics.

• Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication and achievement of objectives.

• Control risks and scope changes (“scope creep”), guaranteeing adherence to budget.

• Report financial progress, status, and risks to international stakeholders in English.
