Position Summary:

We are looking for a Lead / Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and Azure cloud platforms. This role combines technical leadership architecture design and hands-on development supporting initiatives such as application modernization and cloud migration.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in the Azure ecosystem a solid background in enterprise software development and proven ability to lead agile teams while collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor development teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies
  
• Design and build scalable secure and high-performance solutions on Azure
  
• Define and validate enterprise and cloud-based architectures
  
• Develop and maintain web applications APIs and system integrations
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements technical design and planning
  
• Ensure best practices in code quality security performance and maintainability
  
• Support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps Power BI Power Automate) when required
  
• Contribute to technical decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
