Role Summary and Impact

As part of theGlobal Operations Centre (GOC) you will work closely with teams across the United States Europe and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative multicultural environment. We are looking for a Manager Social who will:

• Develop strong relationships with counterparts inWPP Mediaregional teams (Europe U.S. Asia).
• Enforce paid Social best practices with a focus on platformexpertise consistency and quality of work deliveryandbe accountable forconsistent workdelivery toWPP Mediaregional teams by ensuring a high quality of output.
• Serve aspointof escalation for your team and take ownership of resolving challenges.
• Linemanage2-5 direct reports.
• Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development improvement and progress. Provide awareness and recognition for jobs well done.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelors degree.
• Advanced English level (B2C2).
• Have3 yearsexperiencemanaging Paid Social campaigns.
• Have at least 1 year of previous leadership experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
