Warehouse Worker I MEX

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS

• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished products according to company procedures
• Prepare and stage materials for production and shipping based on work orders
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS or SAP)
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines, including handling hazardous materials
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse in compliance with 5S standards
• Report any discrepancies or damaged materials to supervisors promptly
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations

Hard Skills

Stand-up Forklift Operator (it´s a must) (verifiable experience)

 Sit-down Forklift Operator (it´s a must)

 SAP system RF Gun

 Basic Computer Skills (it´s a must)

 High school diploma or technical degree

 1+ years of experience in warehouse or material handling (manufacturing environment preferred)

 Knows the fundamentals of, and can operate all appropriate forklifts, equipment, tools and racks systems, into all appropriate warehouse areas

Soft Skills

o Ability to work onsite in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, good physical condition)

o Anticipates problems and initiates preventative actions.

o Demonstrates an ability to work with, and through others to resolve problems

o Displays good oral and written communications skills with all levels of plant personnel

o Displays the ability to work supervised

o Identifies and assists in the resolution of issues to improve efficiency

o Demonstrates the ability to perform and follow the correct procedures

o Participates in all audits that evaluate the quality system

o Active in contributing to safety programs and promotes and enforces those instructions and rules

o Proactively promotes and maintains housekeeping standards throughout the entire plant

o Follow up H.B. Fuller policies, work instructions, procedures, rules, politics, etc
