• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
• Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to improve processes and employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to support organizational changes and people initiatives.
• Handle payroll, benefits, and compensation administration effectively.

Perfil del candidato

A successful HR Manager should have:

• A solid background in human resources management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Mexico.
• Experience in managing HR functions at a plant level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
• A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
