Accounts Receivable Intern

The OTC Intern will support the Order-to-Cash (OTC) team by assisting with daily Accounts Receivable and Order Management activities while developing knowledge of end-to-end OTC processes. This role provides hands-on experience with ERP systems customer processes and financial operations contributing to the teams efficiency while building professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Order Management team by reviewing and monitoring blocked Sales Orders (SO) under established procedures.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable activities including payment and invoice reconciliations aging reports and account reviews.
• Help investigate invoice discrepancies and support follow-up activities to facilitate timely resolution.
• Assist with processing customer invoices through email and customer portals.
• Support the investigation and follow-up of unapplied payments.
• Learn and utilize ERP systems such as SAP and QAD to perform daily operational tasks.
• Gain an understanding of customer-specific procedures and the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports using Microsoft Excel including pivot tables formulas lookup functions and charts.
• Complete assigned onboarding and training activities while complying with company policies and procedures.

• Student in the last year of Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field.
