Voice Engineer Contact Center VoIP SIP U.S. Dialing QA Testing
Location: Remote within Mexico or LATAM
Type: Full Time / Contractor
Compensation: $55000 MXN per month
We are seeking an experienced Voice Engineer to support enterprise voice and contact center environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with VoIP SIP Contact Center technologies U.S. dialing plans and Voice QA Testing. Experience with E911 is a strong plus.
In this role you will troubleshoot voice infrastructure support telephony deployments validate call quality optimize routing and ensure reliable communications across enterprise environments.
