We are currently searching for a Salesforce Technical Lead:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Lead hands-on development activities focusing on Lightning Web Components (LWC) within Salesforce.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Implement Salesforce automation using Flows Process Builder and validation rules.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Participate in code reviews design discussions and sprint planning sessions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the Salesforce Development team.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security models data sharing and governance policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• 7 to 11 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Deep specialization in designing developing and deploying custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Strong ability to customize Salesforce standard and custom objects fields page layouts validation rules and automation.
• Proven experience ensuring high code quality through unit testing peer reviews and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Experience supporting production releases UAT and post-go-live application support.
• Ability to optimize Salesforce solutions for performance scalability and security.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering.

Desired

• Strong skills and experience working with Agentforce and Data Cloud.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
