Your New Role

We are seeking a detail-orientedAnalyst P2P Customer Careto join ourteam. This roleis responsible forprovidingworld-class proactive customer service to both internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.

Your New Accountabilities

• Investigate and resolve complex issues including missing payments duplicate invoices and purchase order discrepancies.

• Respond to inquiries promptly and accurately viaServiceNow email phone and chat.

• Ensure allProcure to Pay (PTP) inquiries are handled in compliance with company policies.

• Deliver support to global internal and external customers across various regions.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.

• Complete ad hoc assignments as directed by management.

• Support system enhancements process improvements and the implementation of new company codes including testing and validation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in business or commerce.

• 25 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or related finance functions.

• Strong understanding of AP processes and financial controls.

• Experience withServiceNowis a plus.

• Proficiency inSAPandAribais preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.

• Flexible adaptable and able to thrive in a global environment.

• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.

• Experience working in Shared Services is a plus
