Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organised driven and solutions-focused Project Manager to join our Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering projects that create meaningful business impact.

As a key member of the Projects team you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to implementation and close-out ensuring successful delivery within scope budget and timelines. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business drive process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of systems and operational efficiency. Key Performance Outputs

Project Planning & Delivery

• Plan coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion.
  
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
  
• Monitor project progress track milestones and manage deadlines.
  
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress risks and dependencies to stakeholders.
  
• Gather analyse and document business requirements.
  

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  
• Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
  
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Coordinate resources schedules and project activities effectively.
  

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  

Translate business requirements into clear project documentation including:

• Scope documents
  
• Process maps
  
• Workflow diagrams
  
• Test plans
  
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans
  
• Evaluate systems and recommend enhancements that support business objectives.
  
• Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Risk Quality & Reporting

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  
• Maintain a strong quality focus across all project deliverables.
  
• Prepare and maintain project documentation status reports change logs and dashboards.
  
• Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
  
• PMP PRINCE2 or other recognised project management certification will be advantageous.
  
• Minimum 35 years experience in a Project Management role.
  
• Demonstrated experience managing projects end-to-end.
  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
  
• Experience in process improvement business analysis or change management initiatives is advantageous.
  
• Experience working in a fast-paced operational commercial or services environment is preferred.

Required Skills:

Functional/Technical Proven experience managing projects end-to-end from initiation through to close-out. Strong business analysis skills including providing end-user training. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather interpret and present information clearly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and project tracking tools. Solid organisational skills attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Required Education:

Minimum Education/Qualification/Experience: Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration Project Management or a related field (PMP/PRINCE II certifications preferred).3 to 5 years of experience in a similar knowledge and experience in project management processes and in the following areas will be advantageous:oExperience in cross-functional or multi-departmental project environments.
