Specialist- Front Office Risk Consultant

The Role

Were looking for a Sr. Specialist- Front Office Risk Consultant to join our team reporting to the Sr. Manager Technical this role youll help shape how we deliver scalable financial solutions that power capital markets globally.

Youll fit right in if youre analytical collaborative and customer-focused enjoy working across teams and time zones and thrive on solving complex challenges with real business impact.

What Youll Do

• Partner with clients to understand business needs and turn them into practical capital markets solutions.
• Configure and deliver scalable system solutions that align with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with global teams to design test and implement high-quality solutions.
• Support clients across project phases from design to go-live and beyond.
• Identify improvement opportunities and help enhance product capabilities and processes.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Finance Engineering Economics or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 38 years of experience in capital markets consulting or financial technology.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional solutions and influence decisions.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience working in collaborative global environments and familiarity with financial systems or tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience across asset classes such as FX Fixed Income Derivatives or Equities.
• Knowledge of risk management concepts (market credit liquidity).
• Experience working with software delivery or implementation projects.

This position will be located in Mexico City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
