IT End User Services Analyst

Description

Responsabilidades principales

• Liderar el sitio y ser responsable de la operación de los sistemas de información a nivel local.
• Proporcionar guía en proyectos tecnológicos locales evaluando opciones técnicas tiempos alcance y costos.
• Administrar la infraestructura de voz y datos del sitio.
• Garantizar el óptimo funcionamiento del cuarto de cómputo y los equipos alojados mediante mantenimiento y configuraciones adecuadas.
• Configurar administrar y dar mantenimiento a los servidores.
• Coordinar la implementación de software de ingeniería en conjunto con equipos de soporte globales.
• Brindar soporte de segundo nivel a usuarios para incidentes que requieren resolución local.
• Atender tickets e incidencias vía teléfono correo o plataformas digitales asegurando seguimiento y correcta gestión.
• Apoyar implementaciones de proyectos globales de TI y ejecutar actividades asignadas.
• Colaborar con equipos globales para la resolución de problemas tecnológicos.
• Instalar y configurar hardware y software conforme a políticas corporativas.
• Garantizar la satisfacción del usuario mediante atención eficiente documentación y seguimiento adecuado.
• Liderar programas de renovación de equipos (PC refresh) y reemplazos de emergencia.
• Mantener la confidencialidad de la información en todo momento.
• Gestionar activos de TI y controlar inventario de equipos de usuario final.

Responsabilidades adicionales

• Mantener informado al líder de TI LATAM sobre el estado de la infraestructura local.
• Apoyar al equipo de Platform Services en la operación de respaldos conforme a políticas corporativas.
• Atender responsabilidades adicionales asignadas por liderazgo regional.
• Apoyar en instalaciones de cableado para redes y servicios de telefonía cuando sea necesario.
