What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls from customers looking to book hotel reservations.
• Understand each customer's travel needs and recommend the best hotel options.
• Present rates promotions and available accommodations.
• Overcome objections using consultative sales techniques.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed hotel reservations.
• Meet and exceed sales quality and productivity goals.
• Accurately document customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.

Requirements

• English proficiency: B2 or higher.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Sales Customer Service Retail Sales Hospitality BPO or Call Center is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by commissions.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume inbound sales environment.
• Ability to build rapport and influence purchasing decisions.
• Positive attitude resilience and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work 100% on-site in Chihuahua.
