Go Backend Engineering Team Leader
Desde Rehire acompañamos a una empresa tecnológica en la búsqueda de un Team Leader
para el equipo de Backend un rol clave dentro del equipo de ID enfocado en la orquestación
de equipos técnicos y el diseño de arquitecturas escalables basadas en eventos.
La posición está pensada para un perfil senior con fuerte background técnico en backend y
capacidad de liderazgo transversal que pueda coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios (IA
Backend Frontend) y asegurar la correcta ejecución técnica de los proyectos.
Responsabilidades:
Liderar y orquestar el trabajo entre equipos de Backend Frontend e IA asegurando
alineación técnica y de negocio.
Diseñar y validar arquitecturas de software escalables basadas en eventos.
Participar en decisiones técnicas clave junto a líderes de otras áreas.
Coordinar la implementación de soluciones distribuidas y de alta concurrencia.
Asegurar buenas prácticas de desarrollo calidad y escalabilidad.
Colaborar con equipos de producto para definir roadmaps y estrategias técnicas.
Actuar como referente técnico dentro del equipo impulsando mejoras continuas.
Requisitos:
Al menos 4 años de experiencia sólida como Backend Engineer idealmente con Go
(Golang) (REQUERIDO).
Al menos 2 años de experiencia previa en roles de liderazgo técnico o Team Leader
(EXLUYENTE).
Fuerte conocimiento en arquitecturas orientadas a eventos.
Experiencia diseñando sistemas distribuidos y escalables.
Conocimiento general de tecnologías frontend (ej: React) para interacción con
equipos.
Capacidad para trabajar en entornos multidisciplinarios (IA producto ingeniería).
Experiencia con sistemas de mensajería como:
o Apache Kafka (preferido)
o Apache Pulsar (preferido)
o RabbitMQ o similares (deseable)
Acerca de la posición:
Horario: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 19:00. Con una hora de almuerzo
Modalidad: Hibrido en CDMX
Ubicación: Oficinas en Polanco CDMX.
Salario Competitivo. Contratación con prestaciones de Ley.
