IT Asset Management Analyst

Were looking for a detail-oriented IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst to join our global Infrastructure & Cybersecurity team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals across Mexico and Latin America who enjoy working with enterprise technologies ITSM platforms and process improvement while collaborating with teams across the United States.

What Youll Be Doing

Own the complete lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets.
Maintain the CMDB and ensure inventory accuracy across multiple systems.
Coordinate laptop deployments hardware refreshes onboarding and asset tracking.
Manage software licenses renewals and compliance.
Create dashboards reports and KPIs for leadership.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve IT Asset Management processes.
Collaborate with Infrastructure Service Desk Security Procurement and business stakeholders.

What Were Looking For

3 years of experience in IT Asset Management IT Operations Service Desk or Infrastructure Support.
Experience with ITSM platforms such as Freshservice ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis skills.
Experience working with CMDBs asset inventories and software licensing.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune Autopilot and Entra ID is a plus.
ITIL Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain) is an advantage.
Professional English communication skills (written and verbal).
