You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets expenses ordering supplies answering calls and emails.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships withthose you support
• Perform duties as needed related to budget expenses and purchasing processes
• Answer calls and emails responding to queries and requests appropriately
• Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
• Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
• Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
• Coordinate all logistics for travel events meetings training etc. where required

ElMaintenance Planneres responsable de la planificación documentación y seguimiento de las actividades de mantenimiento con impacto en las siguientes áreas clave:

Responsabilidades principales (Documentación y Reporte):

• Planificación:Elaborar planes de trabajo y participar en la junta de planeación semanal con el planeador SAP almacenista y líder de predictivo.
• Gestión de materiales:Mantener listados de refacciones y componentes y gestionar requerimientos de MROs.
• Estandarización:Estandarizar dibujos técnicos para fabricación de piezas estándar.
• Control operativo:Recibir reportes de entrega de turno firmar y verificar avisos de avería y dar seguimiento a anormalidades.
• Cierre administrativo:Cerrar órdenes de trabajo del personal asignado y gestionar cotizaciones de servicios de terceros.
• Participación en sistemas de gestión:Participar en DMS 2 y DMS 3 desarrollo de ACR y BDA LUPs matriz de averías y mapa de averías.
