Accounting Manager

This role offers the opportunity to lead the accounting function in Mexico with international exposure and direct impact on financial decision-making in a fast-growing organization.

You will ensure operational excellence and financial integrity:

Lead full-cycle accounting operations (GL AP/AR revenue tax assets)

Manage monthly quarterly and annual financial close processes

Ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS

Strengthen internal controls policies and procedures

Analyze and present financial statements and key reports

Drive process improvement and automation initiatives

Lead mentor and develop the accounting team

Coordinate internal and external audits

Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis

Collaborate with global teams (U.S. and international)

Optimize systems and tools (SAP Avalara)

Requisitos

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field

5 years of accounting/finance experience

13 years of team leadership experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP IFRS and financial reporting

Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Knowledge of tax and regulatory compliance

Strong analytical organizational and results-driven mindset

Professional English proficiency

CPA (preferred)
