Work Hours:Part-time with flexible working hours.
Profile:Currently enrolled bachelors student in any business or engineering field
Salary:The gross salary for internsranges from9000mxn to 18000 mxnand compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.
Duration:12-18 months.

Qualifications:Graduation date must be between June 2027 and December 2028. English Advanced.
Start Date:As soon as possible

About the role:
As an HR Business Partner Intern you will collaborate closely with the organization to ensure talent fundamentals contribute to organization building and create effective onboarding strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic HR environment.

Some of your tasks will be:

• Partnering with the organization to ensure talent fundamentals are met
• Supporting organization building initiatives
• Creating and implementing onboarding strategies
• Assisting with HR projects and processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support HR goals
