• Manage and improve HR service delivery to ensure efficient and high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour regulations and internal policies across all HR operations.
• Oversee HR systems and processes to drive accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to align HR services with business needs.
• Develop and mentor the HR team to achieve strong performance.
• Use HR data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Work with global teams to maintain consistency in HR practices.

Perfil del candidato

A successful GBS HR Services Manager should have:

• Proven experience in HR SSC, preferably in a regional or multi country environment.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, service delivery models, and labour regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to guide and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HR systems (e.g., Service-Now, Success-Factors or similar).
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
