We are currently looking for a Travel Agent to join our global travel team. This role is ideal for professionals with solid experience in leisure travel, tailor-made itineraries, and premium client service, passionate about designing personalised journeys rather than selling standard travel products.

The Role
As a Luxury Travel Consultant / Travel Concierge, you will create and manage tailor-made travel experiences from simple getaways to complex, multi-destination international itineraries.

You will work closely with members to understand their preferences, travel styles, and expectations, and curate personalised recommendations including flights, luxury hotels, villas, transfers, destination experiences, and travel services.

This is not a sales role. It is a consultative, service-driven position focused on understanding member needs, building exceptional travel solutions, and delivering seamless experiences from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with members to understand travel preferences and expectations.
• Design personalised leisure travel itineraries across Europe and worldwide.
• Book and manage flights, accommodation, and related travel services using GDS systems.
• Recommend luxury hotels, exclusive experiences, and destination highlights tailored to each traveller.
• Manage complex and multi-destination travel requests accurately.
• Work closely with global teams, DMCs, and trusted suppliers to deliver high-quality travel solutions.
• Handle travel documentation, booking administration, and internal systems efficiently.
• Support members throughout the entire travel journey, resolving changes or issues professionally.
• Build trust by delivering highly personalised, consultative service.
• Promote Ten’s wider lifestyle services, including dining, events, and special occasions, when relevant.

Please note: this role focuses on leisure travel planning and concierge-style service. It is not a sales, logistics, or corporate travel operations position.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
Essential

• 3+ years experience in leisure travel consulting, advisory, or tailor-made travel planning.
• Proven ability creating international and multi-destination itineraries.
• Experience with GDS systems, preferably Amadeus; Sabre also considered.
• Advanced English (C1) with strong communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills managing multiple travel requests concurrently.
• Consultative and service-oriented mindset.
• Passion for travel, destinations, and personalised experiences.

Preferred

• Experience with luxury travel products, concierge services, or high-end clients.
• Knowledge of European destinations and global travel trends.

Working Schedule
Dynamic service environment supporting members across different time zones; shift flexibility required.
