Credit Risk Solutions Consulting Head

• Lead pre-sales consulting efforts in credit risk, delivering data-driven solutions to clients across financial services and related industries
• Develop and present tailored solutions, building strong business cases and supporting sales teams to close opportunities
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on credit risk strategies, data analytics, and decisioning processes across the customer lifecycle
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to design, refine, and implement innovative solutions based on client needs
• Leverage deep expertise in credit risk, including originations, underwriting, customer management, and decisioning, to drive impactful client outcomes
• Contribute to product development and best practices by providing market insights and feedback from client engagements
• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and positioning advanced analytics solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• Advanced English level (professional working proficiency)
• 10+ years of experience in credit risk management within financial services (banks, fintechs, telecoms, or credit bureaus)
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, leading consultative engagements and delivering data-driven solutions
• Strong expertise in credit analytics, originations, underwriting, customer management, and decisioning processes
• Solid understanding of data, analytics, and credit risk strategies within the Mexican market and regulatory environment
• Monthly salary range $130,000 - $160,000 MXN + superior benefits
