Senior Sales Manager - Mexico & LATAM

Location: Mexico / Latin America (Regional Role)

CSi Palletising is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to take the lead in one of our most exciting growth regions, Mexico and Latin America.


This is more than a sales role. It's a strategic position where you'll drive market expansion, build high-value customer partnerships, and shape the future of automation across FMCG and industrial manufacturing.

The Role


As Senior Sales Manager - Mexico & LATAM, you will:


  • Drive regional growth by winning new business and expanding strategic accounts
  • Lead and execute a high-impact commercial strategy tailored to the LATAM market
  • Champion customer relationships at senior levels
  • Deliver complex system solutions and high-value capital equipment sales
  • Unlock cross-selling opportunities across Mpac Group companies
  • Start building a high-performing regional sales team


What You'll Be Doing


Commercial Growth

  • Identify, develop, and convert high-value opportunities, open new markets, build pipelines
  • Expand CSi's footprint across Mexico and LATAM
  • Lead major commercial negotiations and solution proposals
  • Align regional strategy with global business goals


Customer Engagement

  • Act as the trusted advisor to key accounts
  • Lead site visits, solution discussions, and long-term project planning
  • Ensure strong alignment between customer needs and internal teams


Sales Execution

  • Own the sales pipeline, pricing strategy together with CSi headquarters, and forecasting
  • Perform disciplined, high-quality sales execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, especially with Global Account Management, System Sales Engineering, Product Management and Lifecycle Services


Market Intelligence

  • Track competitors, trends, and emerging technologies
  • Turn insights into actionable strategies
  • Lead regional marketing activities (events, trade shows, campaigns)


Team Leadership

  • Cooperate efficiently with Sales team members with future ability to coach and develop Area Sales Managers
  • Set targets, KPIs, and development plans
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance



What You'll Own


  • Regional order intake, revenue, and margin performance
  • Sales budget, forecasts, and long-term planning
  • Major contract negotiations and pricing strategies
  • Accurate pipeline management and reporting


What to Expect


  • Regular travel across Mexico & LATAM (40-60%)
  • Exposure to diverse industrial environments and global teams
  • Participation in industry-leading events and exhibitions
  • A role with real autonomy and strategic influence


What You Bring


Experience & Expertise

  • 10+ years in technical B2B sales, ideally capital equipment or automation
  • Strong background in packaging, palletising, or end-of-line systems
  • Experience with complex, project-based sales cycles (CAPEX environments)


Commercial & Technical Skills

  • Proven success in strategic account management and negotiations
  • Strong understanding of automation, integrated systems, and manufacturing workflows
  • Skilled in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), forecasting, and pipeline management


Regional & Language Skills

  • Deep understanding of Mexico & LATAM markets
  • Spanish (native) and English (professional) required
