The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across the company’s U.This is a hands-on role focused on performance marketing, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will support growth initiatives by managing paid media, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to improve results. Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across channels such as Meta and Google Ads Monitor and improve performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates Support digital acquisition and customer growth initiatives Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors Use CRM tools to support retention and lifecycle marketing campaigns Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts Support marketing initiatives for promotions, campaigns, and new store openings 4–6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing ~ Hands-on experience managing paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads) ~ Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels, and campaign performance ~ Experience executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns ~ Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) ~ Basic data analysis skills (Excel, dashboards, reporting) ~ Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail ~ Advanced English proficiency (B2+), able to communicate with U.Paid training and ongoing supervision S. holidays off If you're looking for an opportunity where you can drive real growth, make data-backed decisions, and see the direct impact of your work, this role could be your next step.
