We’re looking for a sharp analytical thinker to help improve conversion rates for ecommerce brands through data analysis, UX research, and experimentation.

This is not a generic marketing role.

You’ll spend your time:

  • analyzing funnels and user behavior
  • reviewing session recordings and heatmaps
  • identifying friction points
  • coming up with test ideas
  • helping design better user experiences
  • supporting A/B testing programs

You do NOT need to be a “CRO expert.”

But you do need:

  • excellent English communication
  • strong attention to detail
  • analytical thinking
  • curiosity about user behavior
  • experience with ecommerce websites
  • good UX/UI instincts

Bonus if you have experience with:

  • Shopify
  • GA4
  • Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity
  • Figma
  • landing page optimization
  • A/B testing

About us:

We work with ecommerce brands on analytics, CRO, tracking, and experimentation. We’ve worked with 300+ brands ranging from startups to companies doing millions per month in revenue.

This is a remote role with flexible working hours, though overlap with US timezones is preferred.
