You will support high-performing sales teams across our core business verticals:

🎯 What You’ll Do
🧭 Diagnose Sales Performance & Business Needs
- Partner with Sales Leaders, VPs, and Managers to understand revenue goals and execution gaps
- Conduct structured performance assessments across teams, regions, and verticals
- Identify breakdowns in funnel management, conversion rates, and sales behaviors
- Use data analytics and AI insights 🤖 to uncover performance drivers and blockers
🎓 Design High-Performance Sales Training Programs
- Develop scalable training frameworks aligned with SaaS sales excellence standards
- Build programs around pipeline generation, deal qualification, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Incorporate best practices from Challenger Sale, MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, and consultative selling models 💥
- Tailor learning paths for different roles: SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers
🎤 Coach Sales Teams for Execution Excellence
- Deliver live and virtual training sessions focused on real deal execution
- Provide in-the-moment coaching during pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions
- Reinforce behaviors that drive quota attainment and forecast accuracy
- Coach on advanced sales skills:
- Value-based selling
- Multi-threading and stakeholder mapping
- Executive-level communication
- Competitive positioning
📊 Drive Sales Performance Management
- Define and track KPIs across the sales funnel (pipeline coverage, conversion, velocity, win rates) 📈
- Partner with Revenue Operations to analyze performance dashboards
- Identify trends and recommend corrective actions for underperformance or scaling opportunities
- Support forecasting discipline and pipeline hygiene practices
🧠 Build High-Performance Sales Culture
- Promote accountability, consistency, and disciplined execution across teams
- Help sales leaders adopt coaching cadence best practices (1:1s, deal reviews, pipeline inspections)
- Reinforce a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement
- Enable managers to become strong frontline coaches, not just pipeline trackers
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, HR, and IT
- Align messaging, product positioning, and enablement content with go-to-market strategy
- Ensure consistency across regions and business units
🤖 Leverage AI & Sales Technology
- Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Azure OpenAI, etc.) into coaching and training workflows
- Improve productivity through automation of insights and learning personalization
- Enable smarter deal coaching using data-driven recommendations

🧩 What We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years in Sales Coaching, Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or Sales Consulting
- Strong experience in SaaS sales environments (Auto Claims, Fleet, Automotive or Enterprise SaaS preferred 🚗🚛)
- Deep understanding of high-performance sales methodologies:
- Challenger Sale 💥
- MEDDICC / MEDDPICC
- SPIN Selling
- Consultative / Value-Based Selling
- Proven ability to improve sales performance metrics (win rate, pipeline quality, quota attainment)
- Experience coaching:
- SDR / BDR teams
- Account Executives
