• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Act as a strategic advisor to management on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent management.
• Drive key talent processes including recruitment, on-boarding, and development in partnership with HR COEs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, policies, and HR governance.
• Oversee employee relations and guide management on performance and engagement.
• Work with management to enhance organizational performance.
• Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Assess HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.

Perfil del candidato

A successful HRBP should have:

• Advanced English proficiency.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Ability to build strong relationships and provide strategic HR guidance to senior stakeholders.
• Data-oriented mindset with ability to leverage HR insights for informed business actions.
• Proficiency in creating and implementing HR strategies to enhance organizational performance.
