Logistics and Commercial at PMI feels like building a new business – but with the accumulated expertise of a global brand behind you. As a part of this coordinates and oversees end‑to‑end logistics and customs operations across all relevant product categories, ensuring full compliance with local and international trade regulations.

The Logistics Operations Executive is accountable for the effective execution of international logistics flows by leading and governing relationships with 3PLs and 4PLs providing logistics and customs‑related services

This role ensures operational continuity through close performance monitoring, proactive issue resolution, and strong coordination between service providers and internal PMI stakeholders, including Customs, Tax, Supply Chain and Commercial teams eensuring timely implementation of operational and regulatory changes. The position acts as a key interface to uphold customs compliance, service excellence and continuous improvement across logistics operations."

Your ‘day to day’:

• Ensure that all Customs and Logistics operations within the defined region, scope, or flow are efficiently coordinated across affiliates, 3PLs, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Lead the standarization and optimization of Customs-related processes in response to new flows, commodities, and/or sources, continuously striving to ensure smooth and effective end-to-end operations.
• Own the operational processes and act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Monitor and manage the performance of outsourced Customs services, including 3PLs managing Customs processes and carriers directly contracted by PMI, to ensure alignment with defined service standards and business requirements.
• Establish, develop, and continuously track relevant KPIs to assess service delivery performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in close collaboration with service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Control and determine the applicable trade basis to ensure that International Logistics operations comply with all relevant local and international regulations across the LA&C region, including adherence to SOX controls.
• Manage and oversee Customs entries and perform periodic and risk-based reviews of vendor invoicing .
• Support Customs Brokers and 3PL/4PL service providers to ensure full compliance with all applicable tariff, non-tariff, and regulatory requirements, including permits and authorizations issued by relevant governmental authorities such as the Ministries of Economy, Health, Agriculture, and other applicable agencies.

Who we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Foreign Trade. Compliance with International and Local Laws, regulations related to Logistics/Trade.

• 2+ years of 3rd party service provider management experience

• Fluent English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience working with SAP systems.
