Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to join our dynamic team at Lending Club. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in software testing, including test automation, leadership, and mentoring of teams. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery through effective testing strategies and robust automation practices.
General Description
• 7+ years of experience in software testing with a proven track record in technical leadership, coordination, and mentoring.
• Experience in test automation and hands-on experience in programming languages such as Java and Spring Framework.

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute test automation scripts and maintain automated testing frameworks.
• Lead the testing efforts through various phases including Test Planning, Functional Testing, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Write and execute API automation scripts using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
• Use Selenium for test automation in web applications and ensure that applications meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Manage and work with source code/version control tools (Subversion, GitHub).
• Utilize Bug Tracking Tools (Jira) and Test Management Tools (Zephyr, TestRail) to track and report on defects.
• Build and maintain integration, acceptance, and performance testing using Selenium, Jmeter, and TestNG.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure CI/CD pipeline integration, using tools such as AWS Code Pipeline, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, and Maven.
• Work in Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Create clear and concise communication for business stakeholders and product managers to ensure alignment of goals.

o CI/CD pipelines (AWS Code Pipeline, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Maven).
• Experienced in:
o Writing automated tests and performing software testing.
o Hands-on experience in all testing phases: functional, regression, UAT, and more.
o Collaboration tools such as Confluence and SharePoint.
o Working with Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative development methodologies.
