Lead the software development iniciativesLead the platforms transformation and evolution
- Strong background in Software Engineering, ideally in SaaS or automotive environments
- Proven track record leading complex, large-scale technology transformations
- Experience modernizing legacy applications and architectures
- Deep understanding of enterprise-scale data and database environments
- Practical exposure to AI in software development (hands-on, not theoretical)
- Strategic leadership mindset (not operational/firefighting)
- Opportunity to lead a key technology hub within the company
