This is not a traditional digital role. It is a high-impact regional leadership opportunity for someone who can combine vision, commercial sharpness, strategic depth, and executional credibility to drive the next chapter of digital transformation in a complex, high-potential region.
We’re looking for a digital innovator and visionary who can operate across the full ecosystem:
- digital strategy and innovation
- ecommerce and digital revenue growth
- mobile app, kiosks, and digital ordering
- CRM, loyalty, and customer lifecycle
- data, insights, and predictive thinking
- 3PD partnerships and delivery economics
This leader will serve as the architect of a forward-looking digital agenda across LAC, working at the intersection of growth, customer experience, technology, and operational excellence .
The role reports to the Regional President, LAC, sits within the regional leadership team, and includes team leadership responsibilities.
We would love to connect with leaders who bring:
- strong experience in digital transformation, ecommerce, or digital product leadership
- exposure to retail, fintech, ecommerce, or other consumer-facing digital businesses
- the ability to drive change across multi-market and matrix environments
- fluency in the commercial levers behind digital performance
- a strong understanding of 3PD / aggregator ecosystems
- a strategic mindset with a clear ability to stay hands-on and pragmatic
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys building, challenging the status quo, and turning emerging technology and digital opportunities into real business outcomes.
English and Spanish required. Portuguese is a strong plus.
