Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

At least 5 - 7 years of experience as Salesforce Developer - Architect with strong skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.

The candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and optimizing end-to-end marketing automation solutions with a focus on personalization, integrations, and data.

Design & build customer journeys and campaign automation

Develop using AMPscript, SQL, SSJS

Work on Email, SMS, Push campaigns (multi-channel)

Handle API integrations (REST/SOAP) and CRM connectivity via Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connect

Manage data modeling, segmentation, and CDP (Data Cloud)

Ensure scalability, performance, and data governance

Collaborate with stakeholders & lead technical delivery

Must-Have Skills

SFMC: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder

Strong in AMPscript + SQL (mandatory)

Experience with APIs & integrations

Hands-on with Data Cloud / CDP

CI/CD, Git, Agile experience

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications

Experience in enterprise-scale marketing automation
