Sola Wood Flowers is looking to bring on an eCommerce Logistic/Fulfillment Manager at our Monterrey, Mexico operation.
In this seat, you'll help drive the daily rhythm of our online order pipeline — picking, packing, and shipping — making sure each customer order moves out the door correctly and on time. You'll work side-by-side with our operations leadership to keep fulfillment running smoothly while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse floor.
We're flexible on years of experience. Whether you've got 2 years of solid hands-on time or 5+ years of broader exposure, we're interested. A track record in eCommerce fulfillment, warehousing, or light manufacturing is a plus, though not a hard requirement. What we're really screening for is grit, ownership, and a strong cultural match.
A bit about us
Sola Wood Flowers is changing the game on artificial florals. We craft eco-friendly wooden flowers that look stunning and stay affordable — and that combination has put us in over 6% of weddings nationwide in the U.S. each year.
Our culture — and the kind of people who do well here
Culture fit is the single most important factor when we hire.
We have an honest hunger to win. If a task moves the business forward, no one's too senior to roll up their sleeves and do it.
We get inventive to do more with less — and we don't drag our feet.
Decisions here are powered by data. The only "debates" we have revolve around how to gather better data and how to interpret it sharper.
We genuinely love learning. Every issue is just a new chance to grow.
If you're after a low-stress, clock-in/clock-out corporate role, this isn't it.
If, on the other hand, you want to:
Be a real part of building a fast-moving brand and scaling it past $100mm+.
Get things done with a team of sharp, driven, and genuinely fun people.
Operate in an environment with no politics, no make-work, and no corporate fluff.
Share meaningfully in the upside through a compensation package guided by a clear, written philosophy.

- Detail-oriented with a real sense of personal accountability.
- Physically able to stand for long stretches, lift packages, and keep pace in a fast environment.

- No issue with 50+ hour workweeks as a regular cadence.
- Strong alignment with the values laid out above.
How our hiring works & how we run the business:
- After you're hired, we'll align with you on the specific KPIs you'll own and what targets you're aiming at — that way there's zero ambiguity around how you're tracking.
- The flow: a brief introductory interview, then a detailed live technical interview with the relevant team. From first interview to offer, our average turnaround is about 8–10 days. We pride ourselves on responding fast and keeping candidates in the loop.
- Internally, we run on EOS/Traction. If you've worked with Scaling Up or OKRs, you'll pick up Traction quickly. If it's new to you, we'd recommend a quick research dive.
