Design is a strategic global function for PepsiCo that drives business value by leading innovation, creating experiences, and brand engagements. We are one of the first major food & beverage companies to integrate multiple design disciplines—brand design, design thinking, industrial design, design strategy, front-end innovation—into a single group.

ResponsibilitiesResponsabilities:
- Supports the design capability across food category portfolios by contributing to projects and tasks that deliver consistent, high-quality design solutions.
- Responsible for organizing, designing, and implementing work that meets defined design objectives while adhering to brand standards and guardrails.
- Works across packaging, communications, activations, and artwork, with a primary focus on packaging design (40%), communications and retail collateral (40%), and design and artwork updates or revisions (20%).
- Responsible for the development and delivery of effective, compelling design solutions across key brand touchpoints and channels for PepsiCo food brands.
- Demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and the ability to independently execute design and artwork across a variety of projects, ensuring creative excellence and consistency across all outputs.
QualificationsQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design.
- Proven ability to apply and perform design tasks, including sketching, ideation and graphic layout.
- Exceptional skills using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
- Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates graduate level design thinking and validates industry experience.
- Strong communication skills, ability to explain thought processes, collaborate in ideations, present own ideas.
- Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated in owning and delivering design tasks.
- Must be fluent in English & Spanish.
- Must be willing and able to travel.
