Are you a process optimization expert looking to lead high-complexity technical projects? We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to strengthen our operations and ensure manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Define and standardize injection molding parameters to maximize efficiency and minimize scrap rates.
Mold Validation: Lead Scientific Injection Molding protocols (viscosity curves, cavity balance, pressure drop studies, etc.) for new project launches.
Technical Analysis: Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to solve chronic quality and productivity issues.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Polymers, Chemical, or related field).
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in plastic injection molding processes (Mandatory).
Technical Skills:
Expert mastery of Scientific Injection Molding principles.
Extensive experience with various resins (PP, ABS, PC, Nylon, etc.) and high-complexity molds.
Hands-on experience with auxiliary equipment and basic automation/robotics.
Solid knowledge of quality standards (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001).
