The Role:
Detail-oriented Amazon Supply Chain Specialist needed to support daily operations across multiple Seller Central accounts — working closely with Brand Managers and clients on account health, inbound shipments, and reporting accuracy.
What will you do:
- Perform daily account audits across assigned accounts to identify and escalate issues related to performance, account health, inventory, or Amazon policy.
- Create and manage tickets in the internal project management system with clear issue descriptions, supporting data, and action steps.
- Manage the Send to Amazon (STA) workflow end-to-end: create approved shipments, monitor progress, and communicate updates directly with clients.
- Conduct weekly audits of fees and shipments, coordinating with Brand Managers and clients to collect and maintain required documentation.
- Contact Amazon Seller Support via case logs, chat, and phone to resolve issues accurately and in a timely manner.
- Pull, organize, and format data from Amazon Seller Central and internal systems to build and maintain reporting dashboards.
- Complete ad hoc reporting and account checks based on client or team requests.
Who you are:
Experience
2+ years in Amazon Seller Central, including 6+ months hands-on with the Send to Amazon (STA) workflow. English proficiency B2, C1, C2
Technical Skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, lookups)
Communication
Strong written and verbal communication in English; ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
Work Style
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable; comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Problem Solving
Able to independently troubleshoot issues, interpret data, and recommend effective solutions with minimal guidance.
Work Location
On-site required. This role is based in-office 5 days a week.
