What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safe and cost effective delivery of company and customer owned product.
• Maintain inbound and outbound routing guides and monitor compliance
• Monitor and report carrier performance, hold periodic reviews with carriers and take corrective action as required.
• Assist carriers and distribution centers in resolving issues regarding loading, unloading, appointments and daily pick execution.
• Administer freight payment programs; monitor payment process and reporting of information.
• Assist in developing and implementing savings and process improvement programs with carriers, suppliers, warehouse operations and other transportation related providers.
• Prepare reports and other presentation materials as required by department leadership. Collaborate with Product Management, Finance, Sales, and other functional areas touching Transportation functions to facilitate reporting or other projects as needed.

What You'll Need

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 1–2 years of experience or a 2 year degree and equivalent related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.
• In-depth knowledge of import and export processes.
• In-depth knowledge of customs law and operations.
• Annex 24 knowledge and experience.
• Intermediate level of Excel.
• Leadership.
• Continuous improvement orientation.
• Communication / Negotiation Skills.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$26,791.67 - $33,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
