• Descripción y Requisitos

  General deEscrituraion: Ensure compliance with quality standards in upholstered product manufacturing processes by leading containment, analysis, and resolution of deviations, as well as direct customer interaction to guarantee timely responses and customer satisfaction.

  Key responsibilities:

  Oversee quality in cutting, sewing, and assembly compliance with customer specifications and customer complaints by leading root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5 Whys).Maintain direct communication with customers and follow up on immediate response to deviations (shop floor containment).Monitor quality KPIs (PPM, scrap, rework, FPY).Validate engineering changes (ECR/ECO) and conduct process/product and develop the quality team.

  Requirements:

  Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.+3 years of experience in manufacturing quality (preferably in upholstery or seating).English required (customer and corporate communication).Previous experience supervising of 8D, PFMEA, Control Plan, and in customer service and complaint experience preferred (AS400/SAP).This position is confidential and will only be disclosed during the final stages of the recruitment compensation package based on experience and you have a strong quality mindset and are looking for a new professional challenge in a dynamic, globally oriented environment, we invite you to apply.
