Credit and Collection –Experienced Hire Analyst – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

Americas Delivery Mexico(ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients.

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As an Analyst you will function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create solutions to meet clients’ business needs. Analysts gain exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP.

o Perform collections activities for the group of clients/customers assigned and follow up the collection’s strategy, track key performance indicator and targets.

o Respond to queries from clients and internal stakeholders regarding transactions, discrepancies, or process clarifications.

o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and maintain seamless process execution.

o Escalate issues as needed and proactively suggest corrective actions.

Qualifications

Required

• 1-3+ years of consulting and/or industry experience

• Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry

• Advanced English level

• Experience in finance operations/BPO/shared services, with main exposure to Order to Cash process and Collections sub process.

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Preferred

• Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical reporting tools.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
