Location: Puebla Work Scheme: Hybrid Type of position: Full-time Position Mission SAP ECC Technical Leader (SAP BTP) must have drive the definition, design, documentation, and validation of SAP ECC technical solutions and SAP BTP / SAP EWM Knowledge, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all requirements, quality standards, and security policies are fully met. Key Responsibilities • Define and document technical requirements in coordination with business areas. • Assess technical risks and validate functional specifications. • Design technical solutions aligned with established standards and processes. • Coordinate unit testing, object deployment to production, and component version control. • Integrate technical solutions with development and operations teams. • Present technical solutions to validation committees. Requirements • Minimum 3 years as a Technical Lead (not Project Manager). • Experience in SAP HANA, SAP EWM and ECC projects. • Knowledge of integrations via SAP BTP (Integration Suite, Datasphere, SAC Planning). • Experience in the financial or banking sector (preferred). • Ability to interpret AS‑IS vs. TO‑BE processes. • Participation in gathering technical and business requirements.
