Programa New Generation 2026 - Sales Support

En TD SYNNEX buscamos recién egresados o estudiantes en proceso de titulación interesados en desarrollarse en el mercado de TI para integrarse a nuestro Programa New Generation 2026. Durante este programa recibirás capacitación y mentoring en gestión comercial, ventas y soporte administrativo, desarrollando habilidades comerciales clave y conociendo la operación del mundo de TI. Al finalizar, podrás ser asignado a un puesto de acuerdo con tu desempeño y fortalezas para que continúes con tu desarrollo profesional.

Responsabilidades:

• Brindar soporte al equipo de ventas en la gestión administrativa de las principales marcas del mercado de Tecnología.

• Apoyar en la preparación de reportes, cotizaciones, órdenes de pedido y análisis de data.

• Asistir a entrenamientos, webinars y actividades de capacitación de soft skills.

• Participar en la ejecución de proyectos internos.

• Recopilar y analizar información para la toma de decisiones.

• Contribuir a la mejora continua de procesos.

Lo que buscamos:

• Jóvenes recién egresados o en proceso de titulación.

• Licenciatura en: Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Comerciales, Negocios o áreas afines.

• Deseable: experiencia previa en servicio social y/o prácticas profesionales.

• Inglés intermedio – Avanzado.

• Habilidades de comunicación interpersonal, trabajo en equipo y adaptación al cambio.

• Habilidades de análisis, organización y gestión del tiempo.

• Capacidad para aprender rápidamente.

• Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas (Microsoft Office).
