Nuestro cliente es una empresa de tamaño mediano dedicada al sector de ingredientes. Se enfoca en ofrecer productos y servicios de alta calidad para satisfacer las necesidades de sus clientes.


Descripción de la vacante

  • Atender y gestionar las solicitudes de los clientes de manera eficiente y profesional.
  • Inglés avanzado indispensable
  • Supervisar y dar seguimiento a los pedidos de los clientes, asegurando su cumplimiento.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos para resolver problemas y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Actualizar y mantener registros precisos de las interacciones con los clientes.
  • Identificar oportunidades para mejorar los procesos de atención al cliente.
  • Brindar soporte en la resolución de quejas y problemas relacionados con el servicio.
  • Fomentar relaciones sólidas y de confianza con los clientes clave.
  • Preparar reportes y análisis relacionados con la gestión de cuentas y servicio al cliente.


Perfil del candidato

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Ingeniería o área relacionada.
  • Inglés avanzado
  • Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o gestión de cuentas
  • Habilidad para comunicarse de manera clara y efectiva, tanto verbal como escrita.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes departamentos.
  • Orientación al cliente y enfoque en la resolución de problemas.
  • Proactividad y habilidades organizativas para priorizar tareas de manera efectiva.


Oferta de empleo

  • Salario $28,000 - $32,000
  • Prestaciones superiores a las de la ley (PSL).
