• Role : Senior technical leader responsible for overall architecture, design decisions, and best practices across large-scale Pega applications.
• Responsibilities :

o Define and govern the application architecture

o Lead technical teams and mentor other developers

o Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and performance standards

o Participate in decision-making around integrations, data, and system scalability

o Develop and configure business processes and rules

o Build case types, data objects, and UIs

o Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions

Often followed by Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) for more experienced developers
