About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled, data-driven strategist based in Latin America to join us on a contract basis. In this role, you will be the key strategic lead for a portfolio of our US-based clients. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise and client management skills from a remote LATAM location while working directly with dynamic businesses in the US market.
Your mission is to translate complex data into compelling narratives that guide client strategy and demonstrate marketing ROI. You will lead the development of measurement frameworks, uncover deep-seated insights, and present your findings to senior stakeholders. This is a role for a hands-on leader who is passionate about using data to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Senior Client Consultation : Serve as the lead strategic contact for key US-based clients, facilitating meetings and presenting clear, actionable insights on digital advertising and analytics performance.
- Forecasting & Media Planning : Build and present sophisticated media plans, performance forecasts, and budget simulations to guide client investment and strategy in the US market.
- Insight-Driven Reporting Leadership : Lead campaign managers and internal stakeholders in the creation of exceptional client reports, transforming raw data into compelling narratives using Google Docs and Slides.
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship : Actively collaborate with and mentor team members, pushing for critical thinking and better campaign performance to improve our clients' core business metrics.
- Advanced Analytics & Measurement : Design and implement sophisticated measurement strategies. Utilize SQL to conduct deep-dive analyses that uncover opportunities beyond surface-level reporting.
- Strategic Account Growth : Drive client success and identify opportunities for growth by proactively bringing data-backed ideas to the table.

- Industry Expertise : Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital advertising and maintain expert knowledge of the industry, applying best practices across all digital media platforms to inform campaign strategies.
- Proactive Knowledge Sharing : Proactively share insights and new information with the team to enhance overall campaign performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Availability & Communication : Be available during regular business hours (US Pacific Timezone) for internal and external client meetings, and respond to all messages in a reasonable timeframe.
- Time Management : Manage time effectively by setting priorities, managing deadlines, and delegating tasks where appropriate to ensure all responsibilities are met.
- Platform Certification : Hold and maintain active certifications in key marketing platform tools (e.g., Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads, etc.).
- High-Value Account Management : Demonstrate a history of successfully working with client accounts with a monthly ad spend of over $100,000.
- Data Proficiency : Apply exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
Required (The Must-Haves) :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience : 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, analytics, or consulting, with significant time in a client-facing agency or consultancy role.
- Market Expertise : 4+ years of direct experience and a deep understanding of the US digital marketing landscape, media consumption, and consumer behavior.
- Language & Availability : Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is required. Must be able to maintain a work schedule that aligns with US timezones.
- Technical Skills : Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets are required. Must have hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and expertise with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI).
- Platform Knowledge : Deep expertise with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics / GA4) and major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred (The Nice-to-Haves) :
- An MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with statistical programming / scripting languages (R or Python).
