We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an HCP Engagement Channel Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire HCP touchpoint activation process, from inception to execution. This includes establishing best practices for HCP activation tools, evaluating their effectiveness, and implementing multi-channel mix strategies.
- Channel Activation Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective channel activation strategies to engage healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- HCP Touchpoint Optimization : Analyze and optimize HCP touchpoints to improve ROI.
- Channel Execution : Execute selected channels according to multi-channel mix strategies.
- Digital Platform Management : Manage digital tools / platforms like IQVIA CRM / OCED / others internal.
- Analytics and Reporting : Provide analytics and KPIs to evaluate existing campaigns and suggest further actions.
- Business KPIs : Track and report business KPIs like sell out (ATV / K Knobloch), Prescription MS (Close Up).
- Stakeholder Alignment : Ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Trend Scouting : Scout new trends and share them with relevant cross-functional team members.
