We are looking for a proven and visionary Enterprise Architect to take on a leadership role in our E-commerce domain as a key member of our Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence. In this role, you will shape the strategy and architecture of our digital commerce platforms while driving cross-functional collaboration, leading teams, and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic architectural vision for the eCommerce domain, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and technological opportunities
• Lead the solution architecture team and mentor senior developers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation and accountability
• Collaborate with senior business leaders and stakeholders to identify and prioritize strategic features and capabilities required for the eCommerce platform / stores
• Partner with engineering leadership to guide the successful design, development, and deployment of new features and capabilities in the eCommerce platform / stores
• Oversee the creation of complex and scalable architecture designs, ensuring alignment with inputs from the Enterprise Architect and adherence to best practices and standards
• Translate multi-faceted, high-level business requirements into actionable and detailed technical backlogs for the eCommerce engineering and solution architecture teams
• Provide governance and guidance to engineering teams managing diverse enterprise components to achieve seamless integration and system optimization
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with key business stakeholders, ensuring technical deliverables align with evolving business strategies and objectives
• Analyze, optimize, and continuously evolve the eCommerce architecture to support and enhance business KPIs, drive measurable outcomes, and ensure alignment with future state architecture
• Drive effective collaboration in a complex multi-vendor environment, delivering comprehensive, cohesive architectural solutions while managing competing priorities
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, proactively integrating them into architectural strategies and recommendations
