As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining our mobile expenses platform. This involves ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address technical challenges, and driving process improvements to enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deploy and maintain the global business platform
• Perform as-is analysis during solution identification phase
• Collect required information for change impact analysis and facilitate execution and resolution
• Provide expert knowledge of subject area and project methodology
• Write and review standard operation procedures
• Support development of user acceptance test scenarios and test scripts
• Coordinate user access testing
• Develop communication materials related to new ways of working
• Identify training needs and conduct trainings for end users
• Log risks and issues and follow through on resolution
